Making sure our products are priced correctly and having a dynamic, relevant promotional strategy is integral to engage customers and drive overall participation in our retail locations.

SUBMITTING A PRICE REQUEST
Utilize the pricing request form to submit a request for any retail promotion, new menu item or price change. We ask that you submit your request two weeks prior to the effective date in order to get pricing submitted and approved. Please Click here to access the form.

  1. Please fill out the PRICING REQUEST form.

  2. Please email the request form to your Marketing Team, UNC_Finance, Pam, and Marcus when it is complete.

  3. After pricing is approved, update menu panels/signage for newly added menu items and pricing. If updating a digital menu, submit a GRAPHIC REQUEST.

  4. Send a picture of the updated menu items to Marketing Team, UNC_Finance, Pam, and Marcus.

  5. POS will be updated to reflect new pricing by UNC_Finance, or Marcus after verification of the updated items.

  6. Verify all items in the POS match the Menu/Signage.
