HERE ARE SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A TICKET
Check the two power buttons on the screen to see if the screen was accidentally turned off
Under Problem or Need Description, put Digital Screen down and answer the following questions (if applicable):
Exactly which stations?
Are the power lights on and what color are the lights?
Is there anything else on the screen?
Is there text on the screen?
